The hotel offers good and perfect location in a residential neighborhood. Furthermore, it's near to numerous restaurants and shopping in Frankenmuth and Birchrun, convenience stores, fast food, and restaurants, and the festival.

Staying at knights inn was a great choice. My room wassuper clean and cozy, perfect after a long day of travel. The staff were friendly, especially the desk clerk, who went out of their way to help me. It's located in a nice residential area. Plus, it's pet-friendly, a bonus!

This is a old style motel vintage 60-70's the premises were reasonably maintained and the staff friendly. The room was clean except for a large stain on the box spring below the mattress which appears to have been there for some time. Our main reason for selecting Knights was it was the only available accomodations at tyhe time of our booking. All in all on another visit to the area we would select a higher star rating but if availability was a problem we would use Knights again. The breakfast area was small and crowded to the point that we went elsewhwre.
Breakfast area, Stains on bedding, Dust evident in some areas of room, Frigerator could have been cleaner.

the water was hot for the shower, close to shopping and restaurants
the mattress was definitly well worn, it took a many hours for the heat to finally make the room comfortable, hair dryer did not work, holes in the bed comforter, would prefer hot breakfast, stains on the carpet,

First is the price. Friendly/helpful staff. We had a beautiful room with new carpeting and furniture and a refrigerator. Many restaurants close by. A nice breakfast to start our day. Oh yes, we definitely will return!

Had real good stay on vacation, the staff were outstandingly accommodating, location was favourable close to everything. Location: the hotel was right by restaurants, gas stations and the interstate, and grocery store, gas station and multiple restaurants. And it was relatively close to Wendy's, ate there couple of times...

definitely coming here again
The king room was nice with air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, and private bathroom. Shampoo and towels were provided, and bed was super comfy. It was clean and updated. WiFi and TV were decent. Close to restaurants too, perfect for winding down after a day exploring Frankenmuth.
